What size should I get?

• The best way to get the right size is to measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, a string and ruler, or strips of paper taped together and a ruler.

• We have a sizing chart that has some flexibility on fit but we always recommend sizing up if your fur baby's neck measurement is at the tail end (pun intended) of the sizing measurements we give.

Do you take returns?

• Unfortunately, we do not take returns but if we somehow sent you the wrong bandana by mistake, please contact us and we will remedy the situation immediately.

How tight should the bandana be?

• The bandana should NOT be tight. You should be able to fit at least two fingers between you dogs neck and the bandana. 

Do you make custom sizes or special orders?

• We sure will but you will need to reach out via our contact us link for pricing and production times. We do have some limitations regarding delicate fabrics such as lace or tough fabrics such as leather.

How should I care for my bandana?

• The fabrics we use are machine washable but we do recommend using care when washing them as the velcro will stick to certain other types of fabrics and may cause damage to those more delicate fabrics. Additionally, the corners of our bandanas tend to curl a little when washed. This is normal and you can iron or steam them to straighten them out. We also recommend you hang dry them to keep them in optimal condition.

Final note:

• We recommend that you remove the bandana at night and when you are not around. While our bandanas are designed for your fur baby to wear and should detach if they get caught on anything, we still recommend you err on the side of caution due to possible choke hazards.
